These terms apply to novairebeauty.com, operated by Novaire Beauty. By placing an order or using this site you agree to them. Please read them.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and you agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to describe products and show colours accurately, but your screen may render them differently. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order for that reason, you get a full refund.

Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Cosmetics and beauty devices — important

Our products are cosmetic and personal care items. They are not medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Always patch test a new skincare product before regular use, and read the instructions that come with any device before you use it. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a skin condition, talk to a doctor or dermatologist before starting a new product or device. Stop using anything that causes irritation.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account.

Our content

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent. Product names and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
