Shipping rates

Orders of $35 or more ship free within the United States by Express. Orders below $35 pay a flat $5.95 for Standard shipping, shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing else is added — there are no handling fees and no surprise charges.

We also ship free to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and a number of other countries. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing. International orders can take longer depending on the destination and local customs handling.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can add time, and we will always tell you honestly if we know an order is running late.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Open it any time to see where your package is. If tracking has not updated in several days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. You should not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address before you confirm the order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you would rather cancel at that point, we will refund the order.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us. If it does not turn up, we will work with the carrier and make it right.
